Get Moving Challenge


 The goal of this challenge is to get your heart going and your feet moving.

Challenge runs through: Monday, February 15th – Friday, February 26th

CHALLENGE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL MARCH 7th.

After you register, you will receive your Registration Packet which includes:

  • Guidelines

  • Submission Link

  • Heart Health Resources

  • Daily Follow Along Workout Videos

  • Workout Infographic Calendar 

 

All participants will receive Wellness Warrior credit. Complete 6 or more daily submissions and earn a resistance band. Submit all 10 days and earn a Yoga mat, Resistance band, and a water bottle.
